I purchased one of these today, and have to comment that all the ones in stock at my local Toolstation had some rusting marks on them. I also don''t understand why it''s called a 100mm Engineer Square, not one dimension anywhere on the whole item is 100mm. It is square though, and quite robustly made so should do the job once I''ve removed the rust and sprayed it with rust inhibitor.
