Works well but could be improved if the handle was able to be fitted to either side. I found it difficult to use around the left side of a window as the glass was in the way of handle. Otherwise it was OK.

Bought this applicator but had never used one before. After a little practice quickly got the hang of it and was able to match up to the existing building.
